I personally believe that anyone can be equipped with knowledge but not everyone knows how to teach & guide others. This is where practical experience comes into play. Someone who only learns about it, can only tell you what they have studied and learnt vs someone who has moved through it themselves will be able to relate to you and guide you forward from there. Therapy is great to help you unpack and give you awareness of your experiences, but a coach is helpful to help you learn how to change your patterns and progress forward.

• You decide what you need guidance & help with 
• As we go along, I will help you pinpoint your blocks to guide you in the right direction
• This can be used as a trial to see if you resonate with my coaching style for the coaching programs
• This can be used as a Q&A to answer as many questions as you need to, to figure out how to progress forward if you're a more independent learner and would rather tackle some stuff through your own experience
• You can ask unlimited questions with topics ranging from all sorts and everything will be covered as long as it is within the 1 hour period

• This is only a 1 hour session so only 1 hour of content can be covered. Please don't expect this to be a whole program on it's own
• This is not a quick fix in any way, I am here to guide you in the right direction but you must also apply what we've gone through. Change happens when you change your thoughts and actions.
