Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information (which you authorized when you enter any information through wonderlandlatelier.com to provide to me) from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and all relevant payment modes accepted on the Site, email address, phone number and the details of the product that you’re ordering including that of additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry). We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
How Do We Use Personal Information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you & provide customer service including the settling of disputes;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Whenever necessary, personal information is also used in compliance with a legal obligation, court order and/or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described. We engage certain trusted third parties and/or service providers to perform functions and provide services for shop operations, such as delivery companies. Personal information is shared with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
In any case of a business transfer, inclusive of selling and/or merging with another business or partnership, the personal information will also be transferred but only to the extent permitted by law.
Personal information may be used whenever necessary in compliance with laws and/or legal issues.
