Coaching Session: Inner Child Healing

I realized many people cannot figure out where their blocks are from or what's the root cause of it. I was "made" to learn all the lessons on my own before because I now realize the higher purpose is to guide others and help them in this. I truly hope to help as many as you so you can heal too as how I have. You are not your wounds, your hurts, your trauma, and you can return to your pure loving self once more. The session will be conducted via a scheduled Instagram messenger chat or Facebook messenger chat. It might take 30mins-1hr+ depending on the blocks and number of blocks, how connected/disconnected you are to your emotions, any unresolved trauma to work through and how fast the emotions can be processed. Everyone's process takes different amounts of time and this cannot be rushed. Depending on how deep the wounds are, more sessions may be necessary to properly clear them. You can try 1 session to see if it would be a good fit for you before committing to more.

** It is essential for the session to take place with a longer free block period than stated in case it overruns. A safe place of being on your own in a room without other people interrupting you is important. It is most recommended you are at home for the session. **
